PRIVACY
The Lots is a public board of fifteen tradable digital billboard lots. This is not land. You buy the right to paint a slot on thelots.land. Place is fixed. #01 is always the hero board.
What we keep
Email, display name, and the Firebase Auth account you sign in with. Lot paint, bids, and title live in Firestore. Creative files go to Storage. Stripe holds the customer and the payment method on file — we do not store card numbers (PAN). A visitor cookie named thelots_vid counts who is on the board. We may post public tape to X: lot, amounts, no emails.
Charge
The high bidder is charged off-session when the auction closes. Title moves only after Stripe confirms.
