The Lots is not real property. You buy the right to paint a slot on thelots.land — a tradable digital billboard, not land. Place is fixed. Fifteen lots. #01 is always the hero board.
Genesis
The house sale. 100% to the platform.
Resale
Seller receives 90% of hammer. Platform keeps 10%.
Auctions
English auctions. No proxy bidding. A card on file is required to bid. We charge the high bidder’s saved card when time is up. Title moves only after Stripe confirms (payment_intent.succeeded).
Failed charge
We try the next remaining bidder. If all fail, the lot returns vacant or to the previous owner.
Paint
Sandbox only. No unsandboxed JavaScript. CSAM, malware, and phishing are forbidden. The rest of the paint rules live on /rules. You warrant that you have rights to the creative. We can blank a lot. Title does not move from a success URL.
